DO NOT BUY! I purchased 3 hoodies from this company. I paid for the hoodies and never received them. They said because I did not buy shipping insurance there is nothing they can do. I contacted the shipper and they said that the tracking number I was given is not even a real tracking number. You can not talk to anyone on the phone at Comfrt. They could not even provide me with an address of where my order went. They just provided me a city which is a city I do not even live in. Customer Service makes everything your fault. I think they just pick people who do not buy shipping insurance and never send their orders. I know several people now who have had a similar experience. I learned an expensive lesson. Needless to say I will never order from them again.
I ordered the brown comfort shorts, boxer shorts, and I’m so obsessed with them. I’ve gotten so many compliments. The fitting is top 10. I would re-buy these 1 million times I can’t wait to buy the tracksuit and let’s be all the pieces. 💝💝💝🙏🙏🙏
I hope you can rate no stars! This company is a joke! Horrible customer service takes forever to respond to an email, they do not want to return my money, and they keep saying it needs to be a gift card. I don't want that. Products are cheap and worthless! Don't waste your money, don't buy from them.
This lounge set is so comfy and soft—it’s honestly the kind of outfit you don’t want to take off. The material is thick enough to keep you warm but not heavy, so it’s super easy to move around in. I love how oversized it is—it gives that relaxed, cozy feel without looking sloppy. It’s perfect for lounging at home, running quick errands, or even wearing while traveling. Shipping was super fast as well!
My review is just to touch on the quality of comfort’s sweat sets. It’s not there. It looks pretty cheap in person. Yes, the hood is still weird. My friend is 6ft tall and got a set, it does not look good on just anyone. It didn’t feel good, material felt like it was mass produced. It was purchased directly from their website, but I’ve gotten hoodies at a brand name outdoor clothier outlet that are more affordable, have a normal profile, are warmer and better weighted than this.
