Super sad!! I had originally ordered 2 sets in a pre-order. I immediately cancelled ONE set right away per their policies and was told via email from an associate that they indeed cancelled the ONE set i had requested. I have anxiously waited 2.5 months for my other set only to just find out they cancelled the ENTIRE order. I was told that is the only thing they can do is cancel the entire order and I was NOT told that when I originally requested the change. I've waited a long time and now won't be getting anything. So very frustrating and super horrible communication skills on their part!!!
They aren’t lying about anything! These are awesome! I got the affirmation set which was a hoodie and sweatpants. They’re hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever worn and super warm during the cold winter! Get yours today because they are selling out fast.
I absolutely live in their sweatsuits. They’re insanely comfortable and worth every penny. As a college student, they’re amazing to go to classes while being extremely comfortable and looking cute. I can’t wait to buy more. Customer service is extremely fast with responses no matter the time.
I love comfrt and the message they send! Mental health awareness is so important! I got my first comfrt for Christmas and feel so calm and cozy when I wear it! My daughter asked to wear it often and eventually began asking for her own! I got her the kids tranquil bundle and she loves it. It’s an XL kids and fits great for her. I will have to buy more in the fall because she will be moving to a women’s small! We live Comfrt!
I love my pup hoodie. I ordered a Large and it fits perfect (oversized look). It tucks under the belly perfectly so when I potty, it doesn’t touch. Great quality, can be worn in the fall, spring, or winter! Every time I go to the dog park, everyone compliments on it 😊
I love the sweats. I wear them all year From 0 ? - 110 ? highly recommend!! And the customer service is amazing. It says they will respond in 3 or 4 days but it's more like 15 mins. They are all awesome and very friendly. Best customer service I have ever had.
