Super sad!! I had originally ordered 2 sets in a pre-order. I immediately cancelled ONE set right away per their policies and was told via email from an associate that they indeed cancelled the ONE set i had requested. I have anxiously waited 2.5 months for my other set only to just find out they cancelled the ENTIRE order. I was told that is the only thing they can do is cancel the entire order and I was NOT told that when I originally requested the change. I've waited a long time and now won't be getting anything. So very frustrating and super horrible communication skills on their part!!!
