Having a very good site Manager ( Helen Parker) greatly "enhanced and lubricated " the handover from Housing 21 to Churchill Estates. She is knowledgeable, approachable and displays good all round abilities when dealing with issues that involve Copperfields` Estate and it`s residents.She also demonstrates effective skills when dealing with outside bodies.
My dad has lived at Lewis Carroll Lodge for three years and really loves his flat. Recently he has had a few falls and his health has declined. Yan the Lodge Manager has been amazing helping me to navigate the new independent living circumstances for dad. He has made sure Careline contacts are correct and has great communication with me ensuring dad’s welfare and safety is at the heart of everything. He also made me aware of the incentive scheme to give his car parking space which was useful in helping dad to consider the benefit of life without his car.I am so grateful and comforted that dad can continue to live in his lovely flat and enjoy his independence with the valuable support of Yan and the lodge community of care and residents. Worthington Lodge is a very special warm and welcoming place to live . The manager Liz is the life blood of Worthington Lodge , she supports the residents in so many wonderful ways . Residents can enjoy Film nights parties coffee mornings and special events .
After moving my mother into her new flat in Otter Lodge Honiton, she had great trouble getting her Sky Internet to work, then Tina came up from reception and took over within an hour with her on the phone direct to Sky she finally managed to get it connected. Since then she has gone over and above to make my mother feel at home and part of the Otter Lodge family. Thank you Tina
Mellor lodge is a beautiful place to live one thing that stands out is how very well it is run but the Lodge manager Karen she interacts with all the residents always has a welcoming friendly smile on her face and nothing is too much trouble Karen is a credit to the lodge and how it is run
