I have lived Parkside court in Southport which is part of Churchill Estates Management company for over ten happy years now. Parkside court well run with the help of Liz, the house manager, It's a very friendly place to live. Bill Handford
Penny , the warden was so helpful Eileen had lived there 12 years and has recently gone deaf. So we can't communicate by phone and she can not write letters back any more. Penny went to a lot of trouble to pass on messages and emails. So helpful. Thank you so much it has been an such a help to sustain Eileen.
(Written on behalf of my late mum)My mum bought her two-bedroom apartment in 2021. For us as a family it was everything we wanted for peace of mind. Jefferies Lodge (Eltham London) offers a secure environment with CEM as a support system just in case it's needed. All the other owners are very sociable and friendly. They often get together even if it’s just to pop to the local shops or have a coffee and a chat . There is a large owners' lounge which is always maintained to a high standard. This provides a great meeting place to get together with the other owners and organise in-house social events. You can also book this out privately should you need that extra space for a small gathering/party If you’re in to gardening, there are two communal garden areas to enjoy.There is also a guest suite which is available to owners at a very reasonable rate should you need that extra bedroom if friends or family come to stay. As for the current Lodge Manager, you couldn’t wish for a better person. Khalid is well-mannered, always happy to assist, and a real asset to Churchill. He is doing an excellent job in keeping the place in good order.
I have lived in Churchill's Ash Lodge in Walton on Thames for almost 7 years and would say that I am very content with my life here. The proximity to the High Street couldn't be better for shopping and transport. We are encouraged to help tend the gardens and the building is very well maintained. Our lodge Manager, along with his wife, run many social activities all year and go above and beyond with their remit to encouarge a community feel in the lodge.
I moved to Passfield Lodge, Lightwater, GU18 5RY on 2/7/24 and have no regrets.Our Manager Rebecca has been nothing but 100% supportive, you can go to her with any problems you have and she will do her best to help you sort it out. I never imagined it would be so easy to settle in plus the other residents have been most friendly and welcoming. I think this is due to the way Rebecca managers the Lodge.
I stayed in the guest suite at Hubert Lodge, Hythe, Southampton.The room was clean tidy with towels and tea/coffee making facilities, in fact, everything to make my stay comfortable. The Lodge manager was very helpful and provided me with all the information needed to make my stay free of problems. I did meet some of the owners who were welcoming and friendly.
I live on the Ashdale Court complex in Liverpool. The court has recently been acquired by Churchill. I would just like to commend 2 of their employees. They are local court manager Eileen Pike & area manager Neil Bradbury. They both work very hard to make life on the court as pleasurable as possible for us. They understand our concerns & carry out their work with enthusiasm & skill. I would just like to thank them for that. John Magor
I have lived in Parkside Court since October 2023. Churchill took over in July 2024. Apart from some minor issues the takeover ran quite smoothly. The kingpin of the building is our manager, Liz McLean, who will go above and beyond to make sure every consideration is given to all residents and guests. Nothing is too much trouble for Liz to maintain the smooth running of the Court.
