New Resident Experience

New ResidentMy brother lives at Churchill in Walton on Thames and has only recently moved in. The manager David and his wife are exceptional in their support and helpful advice.David is always on hand and nothing is too much trouble. The estate is very clean and the garden is exceptional. The key part is that everyone is extremely friendly.

I have a family member living at Amelia

I have a family member living at Amelia Lodge, it's a very friendly place, where the residents seem happy and staff are helpful. Great location, with Henleaze and WOT nearby. Luke, the Manager is always friendly and ready to help with anything when needed. The place has an overall good feel about it.

EPSOM SURREY LORD ROSEBERRY LODGE

I visit friends at Lord Roseberry Lodge Epsom Surrey on a regular basis and have to say that the Manager "IIona" has always impressed me with her cheerful enthusiasm for the care of the Lodge and its Residents. She goes above and beyond in every situation, gets things done is always happy and smiling and shows such kindness to everyone. It's a joy to visit this place and is by far the best Manager they have had there. Nina Hollingsworth.

Homeryde House Lee on The Solent

I was due to move into Homeryde House Lee on The Solent 29 April 2024 as a tenant. Prior to moving in the Manager Karen arranged for me to visit and showed me around the building and flat providing me with all the relevant information and answering any questions I had at the time. Karen went over and above by offering me the chance to come back at anytime (prior to moving in) and take a 2nd look at the flat and building. This proved very useful and certainly made moving into Homeryde House much easier.Since living here I have found Karen to be a helpful and friendly Manager. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her. She will always where possible go out of her way to help you, even if it takes up some of her own time.I am now in the process of moving again, Karen has helped and supported me through this process too. I am due to move out next week and I will miss my friends and of course Karen who deserves recognition for the hard work and unconditional support she gives to us all here at Homeryde House.

Excellence in care and effeciency

The Lodge Manager in Camberley, (Lilly) is outstanding. She is extremely efficient paired with genuine empathy and care for the owners. She has been brilliant in helping my Dad transition from the family home to his flat. Lilly is endlessly patient as Dad navigates his new surroundings. She's been particularly excellent at encouraging him to participate in the various events that are scheduled and this has really helped speed his settling in and feeling part of the Stokes Lodge community. Lilly has been fantastic at keeping our family up to date in the early days of Dad's which has also been really reassuring.

Mum moved into beechers court a few

Mum moved into beechers court a few years ago now ive stayed in guest room a few times and i love the personal touches in there and the cleanliness suzanne the manger is always so very helpful and has made my mums life easier to adjust to her home it always feels warm and welcoming when ever I visit mum has never been so happy

charles lodge evesham

Stayed in the guest suite at Charles lodge Evesham for the evening on 10th May the lodge has just been finished and are selling apartments and Cottages.The location is right in the heart of Evesham close to all ameanaties the lounge is beautifully done and the apartments look great,Dawn the lodge manager has given all the information of things you can do in the surrounding area in an information pack

I stayed at Osbourne Lodge for 5 nights

I stayed at Osbourne Lodge for 5 nights whilst visiting my family. The Lodge was welcoming, the guest suite was clean and had everything I needed, Graham Lodge Manager was friendly and able to give me local information. I chatted with owners as I passed through the lounge all in all made to feel very welcome. Thanks to all involved!

Debbie at Tudor Lodge Solihull

I just want to say how wonderful it is to have Debbie as the manager at Tudor lodge Solihull. She has brought the apartments back to life and my mom feels she can ask her anything. She goes above and beyond for the people there and is always so happy which makes Tudor lodge a lovely place to walk into.
