Having a very good site Manager ( Helen Parker) greatly "enhanced and lubricated " the handover from Housing 21 to Churchill Estates. She is knowledgeable, approachable and displays good all round abilities when dealing with issues that involve Copperfields` Estate and it`s residents.She also demonstrates effective skills when dealing with outside bodies.
