Review of Cem
My dad has lived at Lewis Carroll Lodge for three years and really loves his flat. Recently he has had a few falls and his health has declined. Yan the Lodge Manager has been amazing helping me to navigate the new independent living circumstances for dad. He has made sure Careline contacts are correct and has great communication with me ensuring dad’s welfare and safety is at the heart of everything. He also made me aware of the incentive scheme to give his car parking space which was useful in helping dad to consider the benefit of life without his car.I am so grateful and comforted that dad can continue to live in his lovely flat and enjoy his independence with the valuable support of Yan and the lodge community of care and residents.
