The voip line itself it good but the customer service is appalling and there are hidden charges.I paid for the international saver and I was told that this meant that I would not be charged for calling international numbers in Europe. I then got my bill and was getting multiple charges for calling European number. When I spoke to them I was told that it was in the T&Cs - but who really reads every word of those?It was a miss-selling and hidden charges.Best to avoid this provider.
Absolute shocking service. Constantly missing calls, notifies me a day or 2 later that somebody tried to call. Even with excellent WiFi or on 5g the service it's poor. Every time I open the app it tells me im on a call with someone for hrs even though im not. Wont hang up just jumps back on to the call that doesn't exist. The team have tried to rectify but in the end tell me it's my phone, even though I have the top range phones!
MAJOR INCONVENIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY , STILL NO PHONE LINE ACTIVE DESPITE ASKING THE COMPANY TO ENSURE THERE IS NO LOSS OF SERVICES . I WAS TOLD COULDNT CANCEL MY CONTRACT WHICH IS A BREACH OF TRADING LAWS . I HAVE TRIED MY HARDEST WITH THEM TO IF YOU ARE DISBALED AND HAVE HEARING ISSUES AND CHALLENGES , BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY DONT MAKEIT EASY FOR PEOPLE LIKE US AT ALL .
