Shambles of a company. We vacated our office six months ago but, stuck in a contract with bOnline, continued paying for a service we no longer used. We called to confirm that we'???d cancel as soon as the contract ended, only to be told cancellations must happen exactly one month before renewal'???over the phone, not email. So, on March 4, 2025, precisely a month before the April 4 renewal, we rang to cancel. Absurdly, they claimed it had to be done on March 30'??? - 5 days before it renewed..? and then they tried to slap us with an early disconnection fee, despite us fulfilling the full term. Their cancellation process is deliberately obstructive nonsense. Need to sort that out
Moe gave me first class support, I have been trying to achieve for 2 months now what Moe has done for me today, I wish Moe was helping me weeks ago.Last evening I was left unable to deal with clients wishing to spend upwards of '? ?1000 on gents suits, Rebecca was really quite rude and hung up on me leaving me with no service for an hour and a half, I understand she was due to finish at 6.30pm however I should not have been left in the dark!
