Upgrading the Voip call

I had a call booked for an upgrade of my already existing Bonline Voip Line. I was assured by Bongani that this call was not to sell me anything but just to upgrade our Voip line to 3.0. Bongani was professional and explained everything and stayed online to check everything was working before the call ended.
