Very bad experience

Very bad experience Initially they offer bundles offer please don'???t take they lie broadband doesn'???t work after they offer to upgrade from '? ?19.95 to '? ?22.95 than they not sending any agreement contracts after few months later they will charge '? ?22.95 and '? ?9.95 and lots of hidden charges be aware it is my experience with bonline And customer service lady very rude just trying to get double changes, not good showing good offers same as fishing.
