Might I comment that Boline has not

Might I comment that Boline has not been the best situation to happen to me, and it has been going on since October 2024, but the young lady I spoke to today was helpful and I feel answered honestly.

"I cancelled my account on November

"I cancelled my account on November 20th, 2024, but as of March 4th, 2025, they are still charging me. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including submitting three complaints, no one has gotten back to me. The reason for the continued charges has not been provided, and their customer service is appalling. My services have been transferred to TalkTalk, yet they are still billing me. I strongly advise against using their services."

Very helpful pre-sales advice, helpful installation advice. On the day of getting it up and running very useful handholding from support. Now we have a nice phone working well.

Process was relatively straightforward

Process was relatively straightforward setting up a line for my home. Time will tell how good bOnline are as I've only just arranged for the line to be set up. One issue however, the sales person Shameez provided all the details of the cost including the cost for supply of a new handset, but when I got forwarded to the verification team they advised there would be an additional cost of '? ?25 plus VAT for the phone set up and activation. This should have been pointed out during the call with Shameez.

BYRON was extremely helpful in solving my internet connection problem. Customer service in technical unit is an absolute TOP! (while bOnline internet service is some kind of a joke...)
