"I cancelled my account on November

"I cancelled my account on November 20th, 2024, but as of March 4th, 2025, they are still charging me. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including submitting three complaints, no one has gotten back to me. The reason for the continued charges has not been provided, and their customer service is appalling. My services have been transferred to TalkTalk, yet they are still billing me. I strongly advise against using their services."
