The facilities are nice, offer many opportunities, nice staff. The water in the pool is often too warm for swimming. There is a lack of organization of swimmers in the pool, some swimmers limit the swimmers in the fast line with their slow swimming. The lifeguards are indifferent to the swimmers' complaints.
I couldna??t access my account today so I contacted better with my issues the response I got was instant they sent me my personal ID number then I couldna??t remember my password so I contacted better again instantly they said me a link to change my password I managed to book my exercise class for tomorrow I cana??t thank them enough for instant help really appreciate the polite and friendly Sarah well done better team x Best regards Donna Dee
I really enjoy the boxfit today with Annisa she was really good at explaining what I needed to do giving it was my first class doing this excerise. All the staff are really welcoming at this centre. Come down and have a go at becoming healthy
My child recently joined the Saturday swimming session at Hayes Botwell as a beginner. However, the large number of children attending at the same time means they have very limited opportunities to learn properly, with insufficient space between them. The number of participants should be adjusted based on the size of the session to ensure effective learning.
