Paul Carson took my call this morning and arranged to call me back at 13.00 when it was more convenient for me to have an extended call to provide all the details he needed. On my initial contact the adviser listened carefully to my issue and put me at ease as to what Money shield could do to recover my scammed money.I was assigned a case worker, Chaunteau Twort who again put me at ease and said she would do everything she can to recover my money from the bank.She said they have a lot of experience of dealing with similar cases.Chaunteau was very good and kept me updated and reassured.
