I found this company on facebook and I filled out the form what was attached to the company. They got in touch the next day. I spoke to Jack Wilson which he explained and outlined all what was going to happen from beginning to end and also he mentioned the fees which I found great at least I know what to expect when the case is over, Jack was great to talk to he made me feel at ease.

I contacted Money shield after falling victim to a scammer who effectively stole 7k from my account. I spoke with Charles, who was nonjudgemental, friendly and approachable in manner. The service was thorough and Charles was honest about my prospects of being successful. I am pursuing a case against via Money shield with the Financial Ombudsman against my bank with regards to the fraud, with the outcome yet to be finalised, however so far I have been impressed with the service Money shield have provided. Will update with further review once the case is settled.

Unfortunately Money shield were not able to help me which was very crushing after they accepted the case as I met their criteria. Signed the contract and provided the evidence. I was then told, I dont have a case. I did give up after the call. Then the anger towards the scammers came to the surface again and I have now appointed another Money shield and built a strong case. Fingers crossed for justice.Money shield should request for reviews when the case has been closed, not when initial contact has been completed. I gave a positive review but recieved a negative outcome. This is now an accurate review.
