Far from being exMoney shieldlent as they are now being looked into for charging me double for a no win no fee case which was meant to be 25 and they took 50...this understandably is illegal and breached their own no win no fee agreement with me i feel and stole the remainder of my money....around 600. when i contacted them i was ignored left right and centre....so i had no choice but to consider legal advice....which i took and everyone in the legal fraternity agreed with me that the most by law they are allowed to take is 25 and that by them taking double it....they could get into serious trouble criminally as its theft and civilly due to false representation. Again they refuse to refund me the remaining giving me no choice but to consider taking them to court for fraud.....please be advised.....dont use them.

I first contacted Money shield about a financial scam of which I believed I was a victim. I was swiftly contacted by a customer representative who took details of the concerns I had relating to the current and an earlier unresolved issue. He efficiently and empathetically understood my concerns and the questions he had to ask were conversational rather than interrogative.
