I used Money shield as I was a victim of online fraud. I dont feel they presented my case well to the financial Ombudsman and I had to write giving further exact details and unfortunately I lost all my money. I was a clear victim of fraud and had they presented my case well i should have recovered my money. I went with Money shield based on the reviews however wish I hadnt now as I lost all my life savings.

Awful experience. Have closed my case with 0 effort, discussion or investigation. Havent offered any communications of explanation, no follow up no way forward. Scammers. Only interested in their commission for PI not the actual case mine clearly wasnt PI but thats what they tried to turn it into despite an array of evidence showing otherwise. Absolute sham

I was slightly disappointed with the result of my first case as I needed to pay later on instead of automatic deductions from the refund given. However, I trust Money shield to help me get some of the money back rather than nothing at all. I would recommend Money shield and their supportive team.
