I made a phone call on February 20, 2025 to complain about a sophisticated fraud that i experienced. I was extremely distressed and did not know where to go or who to talk to. I called Money shield, thats when Jack picked up my call. Grateful for his help despite my situation. Will now be working with them soon, hopefully they can help me recover some of the funds i have lost as i am only a student in the UK.

I felt anxious about my first conversation with Money shield mainly because I felt so stupid and ashamed for having fallen for a scam in the first place! I neednt have worried as Jack Wilson immediately put me at my ease. He did not make light of how I was feeling but rather acknowledged it as normal and understandable.
