Hi everyone, I have this online banking for more than one year, I used regularly to do all the things never had any issue, in last month I dind use it, due the holidays, outside from UK, and I get call from them, from Marchela more exactly, and she was wonderful, she was asking if I had any issue to help me, and also she remember to me the all benefits using this bank. That was great, I will be very happy to used soon again. Thank you very much.
Great banking app it was so easy to setup and very easy to understand my money went straight in when it was supposed no waiting the app it'???s self is easy to navigate and uses I would highly recommend it to anyone having trouble opening an account
I emailed Suits Me this morning with a query about a double payment. Celestina replied within the hour, and after doing a few more checks, she was able to determine that there had been no double payment and that I was seeing two due to a technical issue on the app. She then put me in touch with It to resolve the problem.I would definitely recommend Suits me to friends, I find them very professional and helpful, especially customer service.
