Jargon free professional advice and assistance

Polite and professional. Not pushy. Explained benefits of a Suits Me account with the added extras. Eg. Cashback and Direct debits Etc. Also explained cash benefit to the Customer when getting family and friends to join either as a main account or Secondary Account. Really liked the follow up call Fter account opening.
