Didn't dislike anything regarding the process, every one I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and friendly.Only thing that was difficult was arranging the people to sign and witness the paperwork.
Extremely pleased at the professional manner of this company who have done my Will for me. They made us so much easier than I ever expected it to be and I would highly recommend them to anyone . Everything was explained very clearly so I fully understood . Very impressed !
Reasonably efficient service and certainly cheaper than using a solicitor. However - do read the document carefully as they may well insert legacy probate as Executor - i.e. setting partner company up for future business. They did on mine despite not discussing it with me and I had to ask for this to be removed.
I wasnt explained that my '? ?19.99 will would turn into nearly '? ?1000 pound becos they told me i had to have a power of attorney... and when i rang to to stop the direct debit of '? ?74 a month a very not understanding man told me because i had gone past the 14 day cooling off period i still had to pay... i tried to explain i am disabled and live on benefits which are barely enough but he refused to budge .. so now i will have a bad credit rating because i just cant afford it and they will take legal action against me and have to pay costs also ... he told me that !! So no i wouldn't recommend them to anybody
If I could give zero stars, I would have! My elderly mother has paid this company hundreds of pounds and still has no will. This is causing her so much upset and stress. I have tried calling but can't get through and have emailed weeks ago to ask for a status update and have received no reply. Avoid and take your custom to a proper solicitor.Further to Legacy Wills reply, I have sent the requested information and await a reply
The experience was new to me and a little nerve wrecking. The person helping me was polite, personable, and articulate. They explained every aspect clearly and distinctively. I never felt pressured or rushed. Thus making it a more positive experience.
I paid the initial amount of '? ?29.99 on the 25th September 2024 and then on 9th October 2024. for '? ?29.99 too.I received a phone call and booked an appointment that I later needed to cancel and asked for someone to call me back but never received that call.I sent a complaint email on the 16th June 2025, requesting a refund. I have received no reply and when I tried to call 0345 2600 600 the call immediately gets cut off.If I receive no reply in the next ten working days, I will be speaking to Consumer Rights.
