The setting up of my will ammendment was excellent and very clear. I was contacted at 4.30 as arranged .What was annoying was the 11 totally unnecessary messages I received.....I think the very first one was from Rachel , who was totally aware that an appointment had been set up !!!
Such a great service from legacy wills. Everything was made so easy for me, I know my will is as simple as they get but it is still so easy to get wrong doing it yourself. Your help and assistance at every twist and turn is greatly appreciated .
Obviously all depends on good,clear voices over the phone. And they always were.Called back many times over this and that,always helpful.Had the full treatment of both Wills and Probate sorted.Only down side is a fee to keep wills in their safe keeping. All in all a 5Star set up.
