Beware! Consultant MS were dishonest with the content of the written will. They'???re imposing unimportant suggestion into the will until you'???ll end up paying extra which is not necessary. We'???ve only want a basic will. But I don'???t mind paying extras following exactly the content of the agreed will. WHEN the will arrived and I'???ve opened it 2-months later as I was confident to sign it! Upon reading it I was on outrage seeing the name of the exWIFE in the will, I'???ve crushed out the page without hesitation.Why the consultant discussed the exWIFE? UnFortunately I'???ve cancelled the will because MS insisted to put the name of my husband'???s 30years divorced wife! How ridiculous despite MS being told to not include the nonsense ex wife in the will! what is the point?. Where'???s MS brain went? MS has put the name of the exWIFE in the will! WHY ON EARTH THIS IRRELEVANT PERSON BECAME RELEVANT IN THE WILL I AM PAYING FOR TO BE CREATED? Really?A RESPONSE QOUTE FROM LEGACY WILL PREVIOUSLY '??? During your appointment, with our professional Will & Estate Planning consultant, it was explained that it would be best practice to exclude an ex-partner that had not remarried '??? this would demonstrate your intent to not want her to receive anything in the Will.-MS.'?? REALLY? OF COURSE I Don'???t WANT TO PARTAKE WHAT WE COUPLE HAD BUILT UP OVER THE YEARS! This has nothing to do with the exWIFE! I am still fuming reckoning the content of the will! Did you think that I am as STUPID/DAFT ? I had the crushed out document held to one my friend who knows the law.One of the will imposed by MS was To become a tenant to my own house was worrying! He might contact the exWIFE of my husband? '?? ??that'???s my assumption.NOW LEGACY WILL PASSED ON MY DEBT TO THE THIRD PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR. They won'???t stop hassling and threatening me.
