I do not recommend this company. The company is impossible to speak to once the money is exchanged. Having provided all the relevant information, the documentation took an age to arrive for signature, there are errors on the documents and I had to fill an online form/link to notify them of the errors. It has bee a number of weeks now and still no sign of the documents. I tried to contact them a number of times via telephone but I am constantly left on hold until I give up. I am going on holiday today and if anything happened to me, my will would not be in place.
I just spoke with Azzam about a mistake we made, and he was incredibly helpful. Right at the start of the call, he put us at ease and showed great understanding while resolving our issue. Overall, I'???ve been very pleased with the service, from our initial call to reserving our wills. Thank you for making this such a smooth process for us!
The team was very knowledgeable they helped me decide what I needed and wanted. They went through all the options one option I wanted to take up. However at this time financially I was unable to commit. They were very understanding there was no pressure used when they explained what options were available. It was a completely my independent decisions. In the future I will go back and take up the option I couldn'???t commit to. I would recommend Legacy and Wills they layout all your options, explain them without using jargon. Ask pertinent questions so that you consider your whole situation. Your in safe hands '????
