I paid the initial amount of '? ?29.99 on the 25th September 2024 and then on 9th October 2024. for '? ?29.99 too.I received a phone call and booked an appointment that I later needed to cancel and asked for someone to call me back but never received that call.I sent a complaint email on the 16th June 2025, requesting a refund. I have received no reply and when I tried to call 0345 2600 600 the call immediately gets cut off.If I receive no reply in the next ten working days, I will be speaking to Consumer Rights.
