Great service and easy to use app plus a personal account manager who has been a saint at times
Be very careful investing money with this company.I invested an initial a ?200 to test the water and see how the process worked. I was able to deposit money easily and they were happy to take their cut in fees (I appreciate every company needs to make money). The problem arose when after investing for a couple of days, I closed all positions and went to withdraw my money. My account was frozen. I am in the process of trying to get my account unfroze by sending photo ID, videos of me saying a series of numbers and sending emails confirming it was me who made the withdraw. They seem happy to take your money but giving it back to you is a different story. Thank god I decided to test it out first before putting serious money into the platform.
