I am a contractor and I've been working at the Lodge for 6 years now I have to say how kind and friendly the residents are the lodge manager Kate goes above and beyond the call of duty for her residents everyone always seems happy St Giles has it's own little community with plenty of events and entertainment making it a lovely place to live
Betjeman- Such a lovely stay. Thank you Gill for epitomising the excellence Churchill is known for. The guest suite was so plush, clean and comfortable in every way. It was such a pleasure to walk into a suite where the focus is clearly the comfort of the guest. Highly recommend.
I get to visit residents ats Mounts Bay Lodge in Penzance on a regular basis for Podiatry appointments.The building and the internal environment is fantastic for all it's residents, and is always immaculate.The team on reception are always friendly and approachable, and are always on hand to help visitors.
My mother has lived in Eaton Lodge for 9 years and everything about it has been wonderful. It’s a beautiful environment. The lodge manager, Corinna goes above and beyond to make sure the apartments and common areas are maintained well, she ensures all maintenance on the apartments is carried out efficiently and nothing is too much trouble, meaning the residents always have a point of contact and nothing to worry about if there is a maintenance issue. Corinna also ensures a lively social environment for the residents with lots of events to choose from and works so hard to ensure everyone is taken care of. My mum thinks the world of her and that gives me such piece of mind. Thank you.
The overall experience from organising the booking to the handover of keys was first class. Once in the room it was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would need for a stay. Nothing is too much trouble for Michelle and quite frankly she is offering a high standard hotel equivalent stay for a snip of the price, thank you Michelle
We were taken over 12 months ago by Churchill Estates Managent at Hamilton Court in Neston. We are extremely pleased with the service we are receiving from them and this is much more transparent. Pat the Court Manager is a friend to us all and looks after us superbly.
I live in Otter Lodge, Honiton. I recently had a bad episode where I got called into Exeter Hospital as an emergency because my sample levels was dangerous. i was also a full time carer for my wife at Otter Lodge and I also have a small dog. The Warden Tina) immediately found a nursing home for my wife and a kennel for my dog thereby enabling me to go to the hospital. I call that going the extra mile
I would like to appreciate Catherine the manager at Oscar lodge Aylesbury.The way she relates is just amazing,she makes you feel comfortable and appreciated.She had good communication skills and she pays attention when you talk and always ready to assist.She's proactive so i can say.
