The overall experience from organising the booking to the handover of keys was first class. Once in the room it was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would need for a stay. Nothing is too much trouble for Michelle and quite frankly she is offering a high standard hotel equivalent stay for a snip of the price, thank you Michelle
