Review Time
Churchill have just been replaced where my Nannie lives, in Essex. They came in and took all paperwork from the office much of it from when before they took over (therefore not belonging to them), wiped all records from the computer and then tried to take the computer itself which did not belong to them, they were stopped by the incoming building management team. A company who do not care about the residents they are supposed to be caring for.
Everything about the room was truly excellent - beds,shower and having a kettle was a big plus for us! Our room was lovely and so clean. We loved being at Fitzford Lodge as it is so nice and everyone was very friendly. The Lodge manager was exceedingly welcoming and kind. Great stay! Thank you.
I have lived here for 18 years, we have had several managers over the years, but Elizabeth, our current manager is outstanding. She is always there with a friendly face and a smile to help out where she is able. I am 97 years old and Elizabeth is a great help to me and all the other residents.She hosts lots of different events for us and always goes above and beyond, 5 star rating is simply not enough ??????????????????????
We have lived at Parkside Court for almost three years now and have been very happy, we have made many friends and the manager Liz McClean is the most helpful and considerate person, nothing is to much trouble for her, since Churchill took over, as yet nothing seems to have changed
My mother moved to Emmeline Lodge in Leatherhead last year and we have been extremely impressed by the number and quality of events that Louise, the Lodge Manager, organises, always making sure that everyone feels included and enjoys themselves. She really does a great job every day.
How fortunate are we to be living here at Betjeman Lodge, Beautiful building and gardens, lots of entertainment and a wonderful friendly atmosphere. We have the perfect manager in Gill, very caring, kind and professional, we are so lucky to have her.We have all the amenities around us and the medieval town of Ludlow is a gem.
We have been living at Dutton Lodge, Penrith for several months and have been very impressed with the apartment and facilities. The Lodge manager,Sarah, is very efficient and makes it such a happy place to live. Nothing is too much trouble and the atmosphere is friendly and supportive.
I stayed here recently during a visit from New Zealand to see my elderly mother. The room is beautifully presented with 2 single beds, all the amenities you would expect and just a lovely cosy feel. The Manager Caroline makes people feel very at home and is accommodating to everyones needs and manages the lodge extremely well.Thank you!
