David and Heather have been fantastic in helping my Mum move in and settle into her new home at Ash Lodge. They have been very welcoming to all the family and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you David for helping to make this transition in Mums life so seamless
A massive thank you to Shelley, the Lodge manager at Mulberry Lodge, Emsworth. I recently had to move my Mum into a Care Home and Shelley was kind, supportive and reassuring to both of us. This made the transition a little easier for all concerned at this very emotional time.
I moved into Rivernank Court at Park Rise Hornchurch on the 6 November. I was apprehensive at moving into a completely empty property alone.My dealings have predominantly been with Maureen. She has been absolutely amazing which has contributed to allaying all my fears. Whether it be in assisting me with the workings of all the appliances, parking and delivery issues, safety issues and all social events. I have been in a corporate environment for over 40 years and have never seen such positive behaviour from an employee of a corporate body. Maureen is happy to deal with any issue however small and always does it in a friendly manner with a smile on her face. She is truly a credit to Churchills. - Mr L Louka
l have been an owner at Meyer court Exeter for the last couple of years and have been pleasantly surprised how easily my wife and I settled in. We decided to move to the Lodge following ailing health and after looking at several schemes in the area found Churchills to be the most suitable.The standard of the accommodation and lodge is very good, with well kept communal areas and a lovely garden.We feel very safe and secure in the knowledge that we have access to a careline 24hrs a day and the support of the (new) Lodge Manager. We are among friends and like-minded people who we socialise regularly with at coffee mornings and organised events.Would highly recommend Churchills should you be looking for a retirement community in the Exeter area.
My mother has lived at Park Lodge Billericay for the past 10 years., and is very happy with her flat.It is a lovely place, nice garden and lounges and community spirit.(there are alot of activities you can join in or not if you prefer) The manager Sandra Meehan is friendly and approachable, which is a great asset .
I work as a contractor for Churchill Estates Management and have done so for a few years now. I find that all the managers I deal with, are great with their residents and promote a fun and happy atmosphere. They are very courteous and polite to me and appreciate the works I do for them. Sarah, the manager at the Wallington lodge is always positive and really nice to work for. All of the residents appreciate her hard work and attention.
Moved my mum into New Pooles Lodge Fishponds before Christmas and it's the best thing we've done. The flats are lovely, warm and cosy and everything is so clean! Mike the manager is very helpful and friendly. They have regular activities like bingo, coffee morning's etc so nice to know mum has this to keep her occupied and she feels safe and secure now too. The residents were very welcoming too, Highly recommend!!!
Jo was very welcoming, friendly and professional with a great sense of humour. Helpful from the day of enquiry about staying to the day of leaving, just what you want. The room was great with comfy, (albeit creaky) beds. Only comment, meant with no criticism, would be the shower would benefit from being updated but it would not stop us looking to stay again for sure.
Goodwin Lodge, I have been the Communal Cleaner for Goodwin Lodge for the last 18 months, Sharon, the manager and the owners, have made me feel very welcome and made my job more of a pleasure than a chore. Sharon is always helpful cheery and obliging it's a pleasure to work here.
