Review Time
The customer service is excellent at BOnline! Abdul Mu'min Larney helped me today and he really listened and actioned what I needed. The service is brilliant, the calls are clear and it is a weight off my mind to be with a great company for my business needs.
I switched over to this pathetic, totally useless service 5 days ago. Since then, I'???ve had no internet connection and no telephone service. I'???ve rang them so many times, they have even put me on hold and then disconnected the call. Terrible service. I am now approaching 6 days without any service. They now say the will send an engineer out tomorrow. They should have done that 6 days ago as they charged me for installation, can you believe it? The cheek of it all! Open reach are just as bad if they are not working for BT. I won'???t hold my breath for the engineer but just know that if he doesn'???t arrive, bOnline will have to come and fish their useless equipment out of the rubbish bin!
I very much appreciated the extensive time spent on the phone and earlier online chat from technical staff who were eventually able to solve the problem with the modem software. I was feeling somehat exasperated after being cut off from the internet for several days so it was great to receive detailed (and ultimately successful) support.
