Avoid this company they staff do not have a clue, it was a nightmare to set up to begin with red flags from the start 1st question was who owned the phone line???? We have just taken over a small business been trying to set up a phone line and internet for a small business over the last couple of weeks still no working phone line they asked to pay a fee which we did still no working line we plugged in the old system from the previous business and this worked so decided to cancel with B online as was within cooling off period we were then advised we would be charged a cancelation fee over '? ?500 have made a formal complaint and not heard from anyone, every time we ring they put you on hold for 35minutes and come back with a load of rubbish they don't listen cut you off mid sentence not sure how they are allowed to trade absolutely disgraceful. They have now ported the number over and you guessed it now still no phone line what a scam,
Brilliant customer support from Leigh Walker! It's an absolute delight to speak to someone on the phone at a company in 2025 without hours of automated queues to go through!I am yet to experience the actual call quality so far, but going by the customer service so far, I am impressed.
