Review of Linley & Simpson
I have one buy to let flat which I let through Linley and Simpson. They are very meh. The biggest gripe I have is that everything happens in silos. If I want to get a general overview of my flat, from lettings, admin, repairs, rents, future prices etc, I have to phone a different person up, who is always just as clueless as to the state of my flat, who I am as the last person. There is never any hand over of the conversation, so you end up repeating yourself. That's if they even re-direct you. The amount of times I have been told to put the phone down and call a different number is a joke. I have to do all the work for them, which leaves me wondering what I pay my management fee for. If I need to query a bill, no one can tell me with confidence what has happened or why. They're also rubbish at following up with stuff they promise to do. I had originally put this as a 3 star review, but on reflection I can only give them 2 stars. Would not recommend to a single property landlord.

The straps don'???t feel as good quality as the genuine ones, more plastic feel. They are half the price so expected to some degree. More colours available and the kids love them, so that'???s the main thing. Easy to order and arrived quickly.

Da das Gr'?'?enprobierset f'?r den Oura Ring 4 bei Amazon nicht verf'?gbar ist, obwohl auf der Produktseite aktiv daf'?r geworben wird, wollte ich Oura kontaktieren. Leider wird man im Hilfebereich von Oura konsequent mittels eines sehr schlechten Chatbots abgefr'?hst'?ckt. Der Kauf des Rings hat sich bei diesem nicht vorhandenen Kundenservice f'?r mich erledigt — da erwarte ich f'?r diesen Preis deutlich mehr.Dazu kommt: Laut Trustpilot nutzt Oura m'?glicherweise nicht unterst'?tzte Einladungsmethoden f'?r Bewertungen, die die Bewertungen in nicht neutraler Weise verzerren k'?nnten.

Vlucht werd gecanceld en er werd geen goed alternatief geboden. Heb zelf alternatief vervoer moeten regelen. Hoop extra kosten en later thuis (maar ik kwam wel thuis!).Ik heb m’n lesje geleerd. Altijd direct boeken bij de vliegtuigmaatschappij!
