I just spoke to Money shield to start a claim..the person I spoke to was understanding and took a lot of details down before passing my case to a file handler. They sent me an email straight after which detailed what I would need to send them..so I knew what they would need in advance.

Very friendly and helpful consultants, but the charge is too much. It still leaves a big dent in your pocket even though they helped to win your money back, especially as I needed it towards my mothers care bills. This meant I had to find extra money from own pocket still.
