A really impressive result achieved for me by Money shield. I had given up hope and contacted Money shield as a last resort just seeking closure from the Scam I had been a victim of. I had lost very large amount of money and really did not expect to get anything back. Although I did not get back all of my funds, Money shield recovered over 50 of my losses on my behalf.. enabling me to clear my debts and put this unhappy episode behind me. A special mention for Kane Harnwell and Hannah Lowe. Both were amazing, for their work in recovering my losses and listened without making feel like a total fool.

Great first experience.I put a request on Sunday for Money shield and had a call first thing in the morning. Jack Wilson was the one who phoned me and took all the information regarding fraud. He was polite and very helpful explaining that they sre willing to help me with the incident and sent me all the necessary information regarding the case. Despite, a really positive initial phone call and a successful claim that started investigation process by the bank. Money shield then wrote a letter that was rejected as the investigation was already started and ongoing pending an outcome. Fortunately, the bank refunded the scam money in full but now I am required to pay Money shield approximately 6,000. I acknowledge some reasonable costs payable for the letter and time but I am struggling to understand how I can be billed 10 hours for this work. My understanding from the explanation was the maximum of 25 of the amount refunded whereas it appears that 25 is the amount regardless of the time spent. I have to say I was a little disappointed given the very professional first experience. I await to hear from the compliance team.
