I first heard of Money shield on radio and, having myself just been a victim of an impersonation scam, was grateful for the opportunity to get in touch with them. I spoke to one of their legal advisors, Tyler Johnson, who listened to my situation with the utmost respect and sympathy. I had been in a state of anxiety and guilt at having allowed myself to be so nave and gullible and really appreciated Tylers understanding of my situation and personal trauma. Tyler pointed out that my bank had a duty of care to their customers and, having reviewed my situation, agreed that Money shield would be in a position to further a claim on my behalf. I was a victim of a very sophisticated investment scam. I tried to go through the bank but they not wanting to take accountability for allowing this to happen. Then I went to Money shield for help to get my money back. The Money shield at Money shield had to fight a lot with the bank over a long period of time because bank didnt want to admit any fault on their side. The people at Money shield were very good throughout the process while fighting my case through financial ombudsman systems.
