Rang today and had the worst telephone experience with one of their telephone handlers at 14.03 today, sounded like a young man who would not let me speak, in the end I had to put the phone down on him as he made me so angry resulting in me shouting. I therefore ring in again hoping to speak to someone else which I did.Its so uncalled for as a caller who is already a victim of a scam, and that feeling does not go away and to be met with such arrogance from a member of staff working for a company that is representing your case is very alarming and concerning especially when you are being provoked by their tone and behaviour and they have no sense of professionalism of how their interaction can be perceived by someone on the other end.I hope all calls are being recorded and played back so that lessons can be learnt especially for this particular individual who would not let me speak.

In the beginning it was too confusing me however after speaking to Money shield it was more helpful. I wasnt aware of fees and it was the first time Ive ever to do this so it was new for me. I wasnt aware I was under the impression that the fees were paid by the bank. But Money shield was helpful in this matter. They arranged for me to make monthly payments this was a great help. I just spoke to Money shield to start a claim..the person I spoke to was understanding and took a lot of details down before passing my case to a file handler. They sent me an email straight after which detailed what I would need to send them..so I knew what they would need in advance.
