Overall it is an ok place to buy from but I've had some bad experiences over time.1. Items that showed as "available in 2-5 days" were actually available in 2+ weeks. If I had known that, I would have bought them elsewhere.2. They knowingly were out of stock of a guitar gigbag but it kept on showing as available and they sent me a "similar" gigbag (different brand, lower quality imho). Even after I pointed it out to them they still didn't change the avaiability on their website. They were using the great reviews of the supposedly available gigbag to push an inferior product.3. They have sold me a pedal as "new" that was obviously used and returned poorly packaged.It is worth mentioning that I never lost any money, they would accept returns etc. But one needs to be a bit careful with them.
I got a Harley Benton EX-84 Progressive series in Canada. When I got the guitar, the output jack plug was unscrewed and I had to fix it on my own.Then, after a few months, I realized the frets are so uneven that I have to pay a luthier half of what this guitar cost me just to fix that. Not recommended at all, get a second-hand name-brand made in Korea or Japan, and you'll appreciate it a lot more.
