Review Time
Had suits me since last year and never had any major issues until they merged over my card to a new provider a few months ago. They claimed this would give customers a better experience and more easy to use. Since that merge over I can't even spend on certain sites or add my card and once my new card arrived I quickly learned that it wasn't better. Not sure if it's a problem with my card or the merge over but when I buy things in a shop I used to be able to request cash back and now my card doesn't even have that option anymore so I have to withdraw from a machine which charges me every time I do so.
