I put a claim in after a non-fault car accident. It was resolved quickly and simply. Customer service was fantastic and my young son (who was in car during accident) was sent a gift by Rias to cheer him up after a scary experience. We will be renewing!
The Worst Car Insurance Ever! In my opinion. THEY TOOK MY MONEY What a nIghtmare!! In April 04/25 I bought a Car Insurance with RIAS through Confused.com. I added all details including a 3 points penalty to get a quote so I bought the Insurance with RIAS. 3 weeks after I bought it a lady from RIAS called me asking me for information reg the penalty. I sent all documents to her. I was surprise as I included the 3 points penalty in the quote. She received the documents. Suddenly in May 15/25 looking in my junk emails I got an email advising that my insurance was cancelled as I did not contact them back? Why they did not call me as they did in first place when they request the documents? I raised the complaint CASE 20519309, this company never anwered it. I got a refund only for ??375.07 when I paid ??487.32 whyyy? BE CAREFUL with this company. Customer service dont care about the customers.
