Have been happy to renew with RIAS

Have been happy with the easy to understand on line account system used by RIAS, also I liked the way the renewal was done giving the best price immediately and not having to go through the pantomime of other companies 'needing to go backwards and forwards' to get a final price with no appreciation of loyalty by existing customers.

I was very disappointed by the service

I was very disappointed by the service RIAS gave me. I wish they don't do it to anyone else. I bought insurance from then and after a week they suddenly cancelled it telling ne they contacted me on line but I could not respond due to some technical problems. They also charged me which should not due to their cancellation. I am please sone other company took me on board immediately.
