My query was dealt with efficiently, effectively and above all I was made to feel very valued. I had great trust in the Paddy Power agent I spoke and I was not let down.Wonderful customer service which I think reflects in the whole company and website app.
I have been with PP for 10 or more years,all of a sudden today they have suspended my account.there is no reason to to do this.i am a 78 year old pensioner who only bets in ??5 but I think this might be the reason for my suspension,not high enough amounts!they have asked me for passport and 2 utility bills etc.will just use my bet365 account.i would avoid them in the future.
Finally enjoying a little chance my luck on slots! signed to MR Que site before this noticed it was just taking my deposits the games had the same pattern over and over not a chance of a win enjoying the buzz and thrills getting wins on here??
