Won a race today, backed 9/2, SP was 9/1 and bet was settled at 9/2 because I didn?? ??pt in? ?to best odds guaranteed which is basically standard everywhere. I was never asked in the paddy power shops to opt into this!I feel I??e been scammed and robbed of my extra winnings due to this deceitful tactic. AVOID!
Migue was the agent that dealt with my issue and he responded very fast and professional. He was very polite and asking how I am, what I do for my work etc and we had a good conversation whilst my case was being looked at! Very friendly member of the team! Brandon
If I could give zero stars I would, Absolutely awful, been with paddy power along time and they suspended my account, 5 hrs on chat to be told 6 month self exclusion ,Daniela spent 2 hrs ,her asking set deposit limit, so I did, set this, set that, that took about an hr , I set it to ??200 and then answer 100 more questions then she says think you need a break 6 months ,basically saying I'm an addict because I go on it about 7-9 x a month, spend ??300 a month ,(withdrawals are OK sometimes) well I don't need paddy power better sites out there with better customer support ,not 5 hrs long.
