Hi. I had an issue with the game and decided to use the talk to an agent. I got through to a guy called Bhargavi. He was patient and polite and actually made me feel important. I?? sure other companies would have been a lot different. It gave me a lot of confidence in the company and that if there was any issues they would be dealt with quickly and professionally. And left me feeling appreciated as a customer. This 5 stars is purely for my experience with this agent who I believe read the room. Asked the right questions and left me feeling confident in paddy??.
First started playing slots on this site and as normal when you first start you win. Ok nothing to scream about but just a little win. Now I??e been playing for a bit I was getting back around 70% if what I put in. I was just hoping for that big ish win. ButIt now seems like my profile has been put on a no win status. I know it sounds strange but I have now put loads in and have nothing back. Even there return rate I don?? get. I then tried scratch cards and about 1 in 4 wins. I did well over 15 and not one was a win. It just seems that when you first start it is made to look like a good site. Then it just takes your money and you think that you will get something back but don??. You can also tell they don?? care as they don?? ask you anything for a follow up after they read this like others. So here.USER NAME Micky3711
