Well making a will is one thing but finding the right company to help you get that peace of mind is very difficult so when I came across Legacy Wills who have been really great with helping me deal with everything and are always a phone call away if you ever need more advice so this is why I gave 5 stars
I have now received all my documents regarding my will POA & Trust. I eventually received a phone call from the complaint department who was empathetic with the way i had Bern treated. If I could of received the money back that I've paid out via the Trust I would of cancelled everything.
Paid '? ?625 for POA. Documents arrived over 2 weeks after given instructions and I still have to pay '? ?164 to OPG as that is not included in '? ?625 fee to Legacy Wills. They didn'???t inform me about this. I don'???t know for what I paid as I could do it myself and pay only '? ?164. They terms and conditions says that 14 days cooling period is from the date when you give them instructions, my confirmation was sent to me after a week by email. Their document preparation consists of entering names. That is all they did, nothing.Avoid them!
