It would be helpful to know that you need to have non-passport pictures available, and that you need to take pictures of your passport as well as fill in the relevant information on them. Particularly if you are doing Visas for yourself and your partner.

All Very Good

The process was easier than expected, BUT it took several tries to get a photo accepted and approved. That was tiresome because I saw nothing wrong with my submissions. However, on completion, communications were good, docs were quickly available, and I would recommend.
