This is a scam! I submitted an application for a Thailand card only to release minutes later that you can do it for free. If you are wanting a Thailand Digital Arrival Card, please use the offical website tdac.immigration.go.th I contacted customer service within minutes of my application to cancel it and get a refund. Only to get a response back hours later saying that my order was already complete. Which I hadn'???t even received my documentation with the correct information on it.The customer service team also said that I am paying for a 24/7 365 service, which is just rubbish as they answered me HOURS later. This is just utterly unacceptable. I am paying for this company'???s '???24/7 service'?? that isn'???t even true as they cannot respond in adequate time. This official website is taking money off people for free service where they charge huge amounts of money to pay for their top search on google so you use their service. It is just so sad to see an OFFICIAL company taking money off people. I wish I looked at the reviews before applying.
