The Customer Service was extremely patient and helpful by reprocessing our application which due to a mistake of mine partly failed (I got an approval at once, my daughter failed at first). However, if there had been a possibilty to alter the mistake in our application by ourselves, it wouldn'? ?t have been necessary to ask for assistance which took the team almost two hours time.
